  1.  crackle mustard seeds and cumid seeds in vegetable oil
  2. add juienned small onion with salt and dark soy sauce and caramelize fully
  3. add 1/2 pound of ground pork and 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  4. season with white pepper, dark soy sauce, salt, cumin powder, red chili pepper flakes
  5. add bag of baby spinach
  6. once wilted, add chopped cilantro
  7. one pork is cooked, add chili infused hot seasame oil
